CAN YOU SHIP YOUR EQUIPMENT?

Equipment can be delivered via courier and freight services around Australia, collected from our office at 111/20 Dale St, Brookvale. We're happy to visit your studio / production company within the Sydney region and walk through setup and usage also.

How do you ensure that equipment is safely working before I enter the water with it?

All equipment is thoroughly tested before shipment and once again after it is returned. We water test the equipment in a tank setting at our studio both before and after equipment is sent out on a hire. 

We always however recommend that great caution is taken when entering the water, and that you give the housing a visual inspection as you enter the water to ensure that all seals are correctly seated and that the housing has been correctly set up. We have created laminated product guides for each of our items, which cover all aspects of product use in a simple format. Of course if you have any questions whatsoever about the rental equipment and it's setup process, you can reach us via email or phone.

 

Can you provide operators and specialised crew?

If you need an operator, water DOP or AC familiar with our equipment we have a extensive list of contacts available both domestically and globally, just reach out and we're more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Our DSMC2, Phantom 4K, Alexa Mini and Sony FS7 housings are all available with SDI video out, which can either go poolside, or into our Odyssey 7Q waterproof directors monitor system.
